A full video tour
This is a fully branded 2-3 minute film that takes the viewer through the property. Unlike 360 tours, these films can incorporate both drone and ground footage, and can have a narration giving a full spoken tour of the property. Alternatively it can be viewed with background music.
A 360 virtual tour
Using Matterport, we can produce an internal 360 degree virtual tour of any property. This allows a prospective buyer or renter to virtually navigate their way through a building themselves. A ‘doll’s house’ plan is included, as well as a floor plan.
A drone film
A drone film can be an effective way of showing a property in terms of its situation, and any land it may have.
Drone photographs
If drone photographs are all that are required, we can take them, quickly enhance them, and have them with a client as part of their marketing materials.
